CMS & ED ( Community Medical Service & Essential Drugs ) Course ( One Year )
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE:
Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
1-Equip learners with essential medical knowledge to function as trained primary healthcare providers in rural and underserved communities.
2-Develop diagnostic skills for identifying and managing common illnesses using a clinical, evidence-based approach.
3-Promote rational and safe use of essential drugs as per WHO and National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM) guidelines.
4-Train in life-saving emergency care for trauma, accidents, poisoning, and other acute conditions until specialized help arrives.
